Please take a moment to read over Sierra Sitters llc policies.

By confirming your booking, you are acknowledging that you have read and understand the following:

• To ensure the safety of Sierra Sitters llc nannies and your children, we do not work with sick children, if your children are ill please be considerate of the nannies health and cancel your booking.
• Clients may choose to pay in cash at the time care is provided or by credit card prior to service. If you choose to pay by credit card a surchare of 10% of total owed will be added.
• We require a minimum of  5 hours for daytime and evening bookings. Once you have booked a session, we ask that you pay for the number of hours you reserved. If you ask your nanny to arrive late or leave early, we ask that you pay for the number of hours you reserved.
• Due to the high demand for childcare in this area, we do have a strict cancellation policy We ask that you give 1 week notice when canceling a weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun) or holiday booking, and 48 hours when canceling a midweek booking.  If you must cancel, for any reason (including an ill child or imclement weather), after this time you will be charged for the hours you reserved. Thank you for your understanding. 
• A $25 booking fee will be charged for all cancelations, regardless of notice given.
• We charge a placement fee of $30 for the first session booked and $5 for each additional session.
• Sierra Sitters reserves the right to cancel any booking and or refuse service for any reason, at any time without notice, especially if management is concerned for the safety and well being of Sierra Sitters llc care providers.
• Sierra Sitters llc is a nanny referral service, all nannies are independant contractors.
