About Me:   

I am a mother of a beautiful little girl.  I have always had a passion for children and began babysitting at the age of 13.  I have provided childcare on a regular basis since.  where attended Shasta Community College where I received my Associate degree in University Studies.  While in school, I was a nanny for several families and I worked for the YMCA After-school program as head teacher for the first grade class.

In 2007 I moved to Maui, Hawaii where I also worked as a nanny as well as attending school. After enjoying Maui for 2 years, I decided to move back to California to be closer to family.  I saw the need for quality on-call childcare in the Tahoe area and decided to start a nanny service geared towards vacationers thus Sierra Sitters was created fulfilling a career goal of mine!

Nearly 10 years later, I have evolved Sierra Sitters into a reputable childcare service.  I have enjoyed working with many childcare professoinals provideing care for countless families.  I have enjoyed working with returnong familes year after year and watching children grow creating lasting relationships.

In my spare time I enjoy hiking, photography, cooking & camping.
